Order 15718 was delivered on time as agreed. Three chairs WD-2718 were ordered. Two chairs are a complete set packed in a box. The third one is packed in adhesive tape and the PDA turned out to be incomplete. To assemble the chair, you need two legs and three crossbars between them. The back of the chair is already connected to two legs. The seat of the chair is normal and the set of fittings for assembly is in perfect order. In fact, everything looked like this! 4 legs are included and there are no crossbars. We called the store. They sent a list of what needs to be sent to resolve this issue. Photos of everything requested were sent. The driver arrived. The chair was taken away. Within an hour, the driver delivered a new chair. For myself, I decided that I always need to unpack and check the goods. Although in my case it would not change anything, and for anyone this process would go the same way. I am grateful to the managers Alla and would have been in touch with her many times. I want to apologize to the manager Daniel, all my anger was directed at him. I am grateful to the driver. Very polite and attentive. Practically Dissatisfied with the work of order pickers in the warehouse. The whole set consists of five components that differ in size Legs and crossbar) and there is no need for any special skills other than elementary attention. The work of the store is excellent.
